Faced with this state of affairs, the present invention deals with a multipurpose drawer guide that, in relation to the existing, differs in a simpler constitution to install that allows to save on repairs and replacements by being valid for both simple and telescopic slides .
For this purpose, the multipurpose drawer guide of the compounds composed of at least one fixed inner section and a mobile outer section, with the possibility of incorporating an intermediate section in the case of telescopic guides; multipurpose guide in which the mobile outer section houses a combination of upper central roller and lower side balls for rolling over a movable head of upper wall and lower lateral cavities, the configuration and dimension of the mobile outer section being able to accommodate both the guide Single drawer or telescopic guide.
Thanks to this, it is possible that the fixed outer section can be mounted interchangeably with simple or telescopic sliding guides, reducing manufacturing and replacement costs, since it is only necessary to manufacture a single type of mobile outer section and moving head.
Additionally, the rolling between the two parts (mobile outer section and moving head) is produced by means of an upper central roller bearing and lower lateral balls that allow the sliding guide to be installed in heavy-weight drawers, with the distribution of more distributed efforts on the upper wall. , which produces less wear avoiding the appearance of footprints and gaps between the pieces that make up the multi-purpose drawer guide. The upper wall can have different geometric configurations according to the needs of the drawer in which it is installed, being configured as a flat surface, or as a slightly curved surface at its ends.
Another advantage presented by the invention is that in the telescopic guide execution mode the moving head of the intermediate section houses in its four round inner corners inner balls for rolling on a head with four cross faces of the fixed inner section.
Thanks to this configuration, the moving head becomes the intermediate section of the telescopic slide without the need to manufacture another additional part.
Finally, another feature of the invention is that in another embodiment the movable head is attached to the fixed inner section.
Thanks to this configuration, it is possible to fix the position of the moving head in its execution as a multipurpose guide with a simple drawer. DRAWINGS AND REFERENCES
